Every single sales person i have come in contact there has been on the rude side with the exception of one yesterday while picking up my bracelet. Unfortunately she was not the one helping me though. I came in to get my bracelet cleaned. I was told 45 minutes. I also came in because one of my rings had lost a stone. Since it was 2 years old it was outside the warranty window. I ended up buying 2 new rings. The selection was poor & in my opinion & the items are overpriced. Disappointed that my rings didn't last long for the price I paid for them. As for the $10 coupon I'm going to get at the end of this survey, does me no good considering I JUST spent $100 & don't plan to spend $100 again anytime soon.

Sales rep was from the start annoyed and hurried us when we were picking out charms even though other customers were taking the same amount of time as us. Was overall rude and demonstrated her dislike of what we picked out with her facial expressions or blunt opinions. Responded to promotion questions curtly as if we were arguing with her but we were only asking clarification questions. Pretty sure she made up a lie about not being able to check another stores inventory. Sales rep also gossiped with another sales rep while handling our transaction to complain about a Spanish- speaking customer which I thought was unfitting to do in front of myself who is also Spanish speaking. Overall love pandora but will not be returning to this store

Returned bracelet and attempted to buy charms instead. 2 charms that were selected , after employee searched multiple cases, to find they were not available . Did not offer any alternative ideas, check other locations, rather responded by saying,” keep looking”! After searching through a book, finally found one that was in stock. Now after making the return, I was owned money back (originally paid with debit) I received a store credit. Associate was not friendly or attentive at all. Could have cared less if we made a purchase. Also, i received a “ free” promotional bracelet after a qualifying purchase, and it was too small and asked to exchange sizes. The response we got was, “ that was a promotional item and sizes were limited and we have no other sizes “. Basically your stuck with it. We will not return to this location ever again. Poor service, bad attitude and limited selection.

When I asked latasha to see certain items, she seemed annoyed that she had to retrieve the items for us to see. Also, when I was going to let her know I was done she continued to talk to another sales associate which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwanted. This experience has made me not want to return to this location.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I wanted to see quite a few different charms; I was shopping for myself, my sister, and my soon to be married friend at this visit. I felt like I was bothering the lady who was helping me by asking to see various charms. I was also upset because i was told I could no longer see the "trays" of charms. I asked how am I supposed to shop without seeing them? So the attendant put a couple of trays in a glass case for me to look through, but didn't offer to show me any more. The whole time I felt like I needed to know what I wanted instead of being able to "shop". Very upsetting and I will not return to this location. I will be going back to Oakbrook from now.

Came into the store and waited approximately 15 minutes to be waited on. At this time of the year I do understand that places are busy. The young lady came over and asked if we knew what we wanted or did we want to look around first. Well we knew what we wanted. So she asked for us to step to the counter and we told her what we were looking for. Ended up purchasing almost 200.00 of items. Purchased the me pandora rings and a charm. They should really be trained on how to put the charms on the rings. She had to call over another associate for help to put the charm on and she proceeded to tell us you cannot put a charm on 3 rings. REALLY then why is it shown in the catalog. Not sure what her name was but she appeared lazy and probably should have stayed at home. They did finally get the charm on the 3 rings, but seemed like we were in there forever. Certainly will not be going back to that pandora store.

The sales associate was dry and rude and she acted as though I wasn’t going to purchase anything everybody that came in the door she looked around she kept looking around like she didn’t really want to service me she was disconnected very opinionated about what I wanted to select I just overall not very good customer service do you have the associate in a store was more friendly than her the person who was actually doing

When we walked in they were not busy, but yet they made us Waite to ever walk through the store. There were two customers in the store ate the time.
