I received a promotional email to buy a bracelet and receive a charm free. The salesperson stated they haven't received that email from corporate therefore he could not honor it. I purchased the bracelet anyway because I wanted it

I received an email promotion to buy a bracelet and receive a charm free until august 7th. The salesperson state they never received that email from corporate therefore they can't honor it. I brought the bracelet anyway because i wanted it and had to purchase a charm. I feel they should've honored the promotion

Merchandise was not displayed like it normally is and inventory is extremely limited!

There was no charms. They had no inventory except for some Disney or Harry Potter.

I was really excited about purchasing a new bracelet for my daughter who lost her pandora bracelet with many charms on it. I was getting it for valentine's day. She seemed put out that I wanted to look at different options and then changed my mind. Felt like she just wanted me to pay and leave. I have been there many times and never had that experience. I was not pleased.

When I walked in 2 or more sales associates saw me and no one greeted me, they just ignored me and were walking around pretending to be busy I didn’t even get helped until I approached a sales associate the second she was done helping someone else.

The Naperville storw is fine but this Bolingbrook location had rude manager who was snotty and unhelpful. We buy rings almost every 5 months; why make our experience so bad? Can’t find us in system saying stores are franchises and don’t all communicate. I didn’t care. I just wanted a ring for my daughter and it was discontinued.

There was only one bracelet size 18 in the whole store, a style that i did not originally want. They were out of the birthday charm i wanted also. My purchase was over $200 before tax so i qualified for two free bangles, but again they only had the smallest size so they are useless to me, unless i gift them to a CHILD. A child does not need a pandora bracelet. Bolingbrook location also does a horrid job at cleaning my bracelet and 7 charms, they look exactly the same as when i drop it off. Joliet Pandora is much better, never out of stock of anything when i go and my bracelet and charms look like new after their cleaning.

The charms that were advertised as being at the store were not there.

After waiting well over 20 minutes for assistance the store manager announced that there was a sign in sheet (in a very unnoticeable place to customers walking in) that you must sign to be considered for assistance. After at least five customers who arrived after me were signed in ahead of me I waited an additional 20 minutes for assistance to purchase a $10 petite charm that I identified prior to even entering the store.
