Ann was very friendly, assisted over the phone with questions and extremely knowledgeable of the Pandora products. I currently own several charms and two wristbands. My charms and wrist bands are over 20 years old and all are in beautiful condition. you do not carry young girl charms. Ann made a wonderful suggestion, maybe I can start my grand daughter bracelet and give it to her at a later date❤❤

Sales person waiting on me immediately. Understood what I was looking for once I described what I was looking for. Made an effort to find exactly what I needed, when it wasn't readily available.

Service was awesome. Anna K was so helpful picking out gifts for my soon to be 16 year old. Showed me everything and was so patient with my decision making.

Anna K. Was so nice! She was very kind to me and was having conversation with me about things other than Pandora items. Sometimes employees talk very robotic but Anna felt as though I was catching up with an old friend. Service was a little slow at first because there was only ever one associate on the floor at the time but Anna made up for it.

My daughter and I entered the store and were quickly greeted. Both sale people were friendly and super helpful. I've always had a superior experience at this location. Highly recommend this location to all my family and friends.
