I was looking for a specific charm, and the woman assisting me acted like she didn't want to help me locate it at another store. I ended up having to call around and find the charm myself. I also did not like the fact that there was a sale going on and you didn't have a large majority of the charms on sale. If you have a sale, it should include ALL charms, not specific ones.

I was exchanging earrings and first she said I couldn't because I didn't have a receipt then someone else said it was ok. Then she exchanged them for the wrong thing and when I questioned the huge price difference, she said well that's what it is. When i got my receipt I showed her it was the wrong earrings, then someone else refunded the difference. It was chaos and frustrating after the Christmas holiday.

The sales associate that helped me was not helpful at all. She did not have a cheerful attitude and didn’t seem to want to help me at all. I knew exactly what I wanted when I got there. Showed her and she brought out something else saying they were out. I was disappointed and she really didn’t have other suggestions or ideas. Didn’t ask much what it was for or anything. Instead she suggested I go to a jeweler that carries Pandora products.

The sales associate had a dismissive attitude toward both myself and my mother. She seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else, was unfriendly and cold. My other experience at this store, on Black Friday, during the late evening, was a totally different experience. The other sales associate was very friendly and helpful; I had never been in a Pandora store before and was buying a bracelet and a charm for my goddaughter--my niece. My experience on Dec. 11 was the opposite. I still feel chills thinking about the experience--the bracelet is for my own daughter. When you are spending hundreds of dollars, for the bracelet a charm, and two kits--the ones with a brush and opener, you should not have to deal with someone who has a Scrooge attitude toward you. I will return what I bought for my daughter on Dec. 11 and find other jewelry for my daughter and goddaughter--your overpriced items and bad customer service experience--taints my views toward your stores and products.

The 35% sale event in the store advertising was confused me. The sale lady did not told me the 35% was only for certain styles. I did not know until I made return in store. Not so happy shopping experience !

I have bought over a thousands of dollars worth of Pandora merchandise and over half of it was bought at jewelry stores that sold Pandora merchandise not the actual store. I bought them at other jewelry stores that sold your Pandora merchandise because it was in my neighborhood. Now I have to go out of my way if I need or want to purchase Pandora merchandise because Pandora will not let these other jewelry stores sell your merchandise.

I had ordered in store pick up for same day ordered it in the morning waited all day for it to be ready never got an email so I decided to go in store and when I get there they have no knowledge of my purchase and they said it will probably take 2 days to come. Well I can’t wait 2 days it says same day pick up. They should shut down there website if they are that backed up. Or at least say online that it’s not same day pick up. And I can’t even cancel my order so I’m just annoyed

I reseach to find the item I was looking for because it was unavailable in my neighborhood at all the Pandora close to me. But Bolingbrook site started the items were available. I traveled 30 mins to get there. Stood in line for 1 Hr only to find out the store didn't have any of the charms started on the web site. Then I was told that happens and to traveler 45 more mins away from there to fox valley they had 14 in stocks. Trouble customer service and unprofessional. Stood in line to listen to clerk tell customer who travel 1hr away from store to tell him his order was canceled. Then she told him there policy I'd to accommodate customer in store first not online.
