I really like Pandora, it is one of my favorite stores, but on this particular visit I felt very uncomfortable because of the arrogant and pedantic attitude of the saleswoman, not to mention that she was racist in her treatment of me, or simply judged me or my husband for coming to the store and I assume with sportswear. I am a frequent buyer of pandora but so that they don't even let me touch what I want to buy and how she made me feel, this seller has no name. I could have bought everything I wanted that day because money is not a problem, but the treatment of this seller simply did not deserve it. Very disappointing that they hire someone like that for customer service.

Associate mentioned free bracelet offer. Then rescinded it. Told us it started the weekend. Actually started the following day. She and manager would not honor. Why bring up?

I arrived to the store due to the current promo of the free bracelet. I knew what I wanted to see, and was deciding on what I was getting. Mekita was very rude and I had to ask her if she wanted to go forward with the sale based on her customer service. She even was not trying to sell me a bracelet because she didn't think it fit me well. If it was not too late to drive to another store I honestly would of walked away and driven to another store. I have never been treated so poorly at a store and I have been a customer for years. Also I asked her for sizes on a bracelet to compare them to the online selection and she told me there was no sizing as I was reading them from the website. She kept saying they are 17, 18 or 19 but on the website it is 6.7, 7.1, etc. And she made a comment like I was making up sizes until I showed her on my phone. It was honestly a horrible experience.

I was satisfied. I ordered the wrong size. Due to COVID not enough merchandise in the store. Bought something else.

I will never visit the Boughton Rd Pandora location ever again. They are extremely rude and have tainted my initial joy about my first Pandora bracelet as a birthday gift. I visited the store Sunday afternoon after receiving my bracelet as a gift on Friday. I was not greeted upon walking in, but finally made eye contact with an associate who reluctantly walked over. She was clearly not happy to help me and seemed annoyed. I asked for help with sizing my bracelet and she told me the current size was fine (although it was sliding halfway down my arm and seemed entirely too large). She did not want to show me the various trays that were under the counter and did not explain how the charm process worked even though I asked. I have no idea what I did to be treated this way and it put a true damper on my birthday weekend. I ultimately purchased two new charms for my bracelet and had to visit the Naperville location to ultimately get the properly sized bracelet. Ashley B was the salesperson listed on my receipt.

Store 0357 manager Tammie, was very rude! When Me and my daughter arrive to the store, it was a line of 5 or 6 people they pass to us a guest card to fill it up, because nobody was taking names. We fill it up, and start looking around the store, then few minutes later we notice people who was behind us in line, was taking care, I approached the lady standing next to the line, and ask way my name wasn't call yet? She say you are not in my list, so if you want to see a sales representative you have to go in line, I said to her, that I was in line, and fill it up the guest card, she said "I don't know what are you talking about, I'm here since 8am taking names and I not remember seeing you, I ask for the manager, and she said she is the manager. "

Sales associate was in a bit of a bad mood. She didnt seem happy to be there. Didnt even greet us. I kept trying to ask questionions but she was really unresponsive. Maybe she was having a bad day and thats okay. When i was inspecting the piece i wanted i quickly looked up to her shaking her head and rolling her eyes to the other employee and quickly changed her face to a big smile. Honestly, if you are going to have a bad mood why even bother showing up? Its okay to call off and rest if your not feeling well. Other than that the store was clean and had a wide selection.

wANTED TO BUY A GIFT CARD AND WHEN i GOT TO THE REGISTER THE FELLOW WAS BUSY. THERE WHERE ABOUT 4 CLERCKS IN THE CENTER OF THE STORE AND ONLY 2 WHERE BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS THE OTHER TWO WHERE JUST THERE. I WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES FOR HELP AND WILL NEVER GO INTO YOUR STORE AGAIN. tHE GIRLS WHERE WORKING WITH INENTORY

Sales associate was very unprofessional and rude. I asked a ring price and she said this is very expensive. And she asked my credit card limit.

They could not find the earring box set. Manager keeping telling sale person it was in the draw. Sales assoc check every set and it was not. Manage and store lead went in the back and got a set that had no box then when ask for a box got anything box cross out the info on the box. talking down to the sales person in front me. the sales assoc was right and they were wrong. got home earring were just laying in box. they would not stay in back it was not the right box. I have to return this could not giving this any looking like this. The manage and store lead talk about the sale person and I could hear it. Sale person was right they were wrong.
