Pandora Jewelry

I went in knowing what I was going to buy but I received even more, great customer service and attention to detail on my bracelet. The POS system had recently been updated and it was giving the sales associate a hard time, while this was happening she kept apologizing. Having worked in a jewelry business and dealing with POS systems, I completely understood her. Regardless Desiree was very kind and helpful.

The customer service was amazing. Andrew really went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I was very satisfied!

Our sales associate Anna was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, informative, knowledgeable and friendly! We don’t live close to this location at all but she was so wonderful I will definitely travel back to this location to do business with her again very soon. Thanks again Anna K! I was able to get everything that I needed. The service was quick and friendly. Not happy with the price increased that Pandora just recently did.
