Desirae the sales associate was extremely helpful and personable. I enjoyed shopping with her, I didn't feel rushed or unwelcomed. However, there was another employee that seen us waiting but didn't bother to ask us if we needed anything, she went to wait behind the counter in which no customers were present. Desirae made up for this big time with her sunny disposition. I'll be back because of her.

The man who helped us out was extremely helpful, polite, and kind. He showed us all of the Disney Pandora Charms and also let us look through the book. He gave us suggestions and even shared details about his own life and how much his family and girlfriend liked certain charms which helped us out.
