I sales associate was very helpful. The store was out of the cleaning kit and solution that I was looking to purchase, but she told how to do a DIY cleaning at home, and then I purchased a polishing cloth. She also told me to bring my bracelet into the store to be cleaned if I wasn't satisfied.
