I spoke to Ari the sales associate a day before I was to pick up item for a anniversary surprise for my wife who was going to be with me. Maria the sales agent that worked at Pandora she was fantastic she helped me she gave me her feedback I really was satisfied with Maria she did a wonderful job and I’m so happy that I went in and bought what I did I love my bracelet and my charms

Reina, greeted my son and I immediately upon entering this location. She asked what we were shopping for and for who and began making suggestions which we both loved. She offered a box for our gift and took the time to package it so nicely. She was fast and efficient however, I did not feel rushed. It just seemed like she knew exactly what we were looking for!

My sister and I actually went in to have our pandora charms cleaned, which the salesperson cleaned them and she was very nice. While waiting, we bought a new charm today and also the nice salesperson told us of a Mothers Day charm that will be coming soon, which we plan to purchase.

My sister and I went in looking for matching rings. Ana was very helpful and made our sister day fun. We found the perfect rings.
