Pandora Jewelry

I’ve been to multiple Pandora stores but the one at the promenade in Bolingbrook IL surpassed by far my expectations. The girls here where amazing and they wrapped my purchase since it was a gift. This has never been offered at any other location. Very impressed and highly satisfied

My sale associate worked with me a few time before but yesterday I had an issue with my bracelet being broken. She made me feel very confident and comfortable with returning. She always gives me tips with cleaning my jewelry and always so pleasant. Every time I come to the store she is always the first and probably the only to greet me every time. I probably wouldn’t come to the store if it wasn’t for her. I am African American so at times I feel uncomfortable shopping at that mall but she always takes care of me! I even bought something I didn’t need just so she could have a sale!

My husband was looking to give me something meaningful for our anniversary, and going in we didn’t know much about Pandora but have walked by a couple of times. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Mikeya S No. 209730 and we instantly felt welcomed. She took the time to measure me for my Pandora bracelet and helped with picking out the perfect charms. We definitely plan on coming back for more charms as well a bracelet for our daughter ❤️
