I was welcomed in the store for one. All the associates spoke, not just one. The sales lady was so nice, I could tell she was fairly new but she took her time and never got frustrated. Awesome job!

The cleanliness of the store. The knowledge and professionalism the young lady demonstrated. The prices were very comparable and had a great selection. I also like the "specificity" of the charms ( "aunt", "tiara/crown", etc) I am truly a highly satisfied customer.
