I got an email from Pandora with a beautiful braclet and earrings to match. I showed them to my husband and he said let's go there and get them. He waited in line and I parked the car. It wasn't a very long wait. We went inside and I showed the salesman what I wanted and because we applied for the credit card we got 10% off. I'm we're satisfied with my new jewelry and how fast we were taken care of. Thanks Pandora. See you next month on my birthday.

The line was very long, there were only 3 girls working. So the line moved very slowly but surely. They definitely should have more people working if they know it’s a holiday coming up...but other than that they’re ok

Salesperson Donisha J (147068) was very helpful with showing me my selection, cleaning my wife's Pandora bracelet, and gift wrapping the purchase.

My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and patient with a very pleasant attitude.

I went to pandora about a week ago and the man working there was not wearing a proper mask, he wore a see through mask while helping customers who also were not wearing masks and he did not ask those customers to put on a mask. All of the other associates were wearing cloth masks except for the one male employee. I noticed other people walking out after seeing him not wearing a covered mask. I ended up leaving because of how many people including Pandora’s employee were not wearing masks inside of the store.

It's always a pleasant experience when I go to the Oakbrook location. Sales team are knowledgeable about the product. Very kind.

The sales person was very friendly the sales person was very helpful and I loved how they packaged up what I purchased.
