The store was set up great for social distance, the movement of my sales lady was very fast and swift she knows we're everything was and I'm a very picky person my husband says difficult.

because she was very relatable and easy to talk to. she didnt act like she wasnt willing to help. very great customer service.

The sales associate was quick for getting merchandise, and she was so nice, and helpful, showing pieces that were different and putting the pieces together to show the look of them

I was highly satisfied with the service as soon as I walked into the door I was greeted.I was attend to immediately. The Jeweler brought out immediately what I was looking for.

I made to trips before getting my bracelet exchanged. First, one of the workers said I can use my bank account and show them my proof of purchase but then she tells me that wouldn't work. I went home to look for my receipt luckily I found it and noticed the prior representative didn't add an email or phone number for purchase. Finally, the last person that helped me she was very nice and helpful and even helped me out with choosing my new charm. Assoc# 201224

On a previous visit to this store, the sales person told me about the black Friday sales and assisted me in choosing my items. I returned on the following Friday and somehow was serviced by the same sales person. She was very patient and friendly. Also the store was very clean and they practiced safe distancing and masks were worn by everyone. I am very happy with my purchases and the advice she provided in assisting me in choosing items for myself and my daughter.
