Friendly welcome upon entering the store. The associate- Olivia- was efficient and knowledgeable about the availability of the items I asked for and I was happy the items were available. Elsa also did a great job in assisting and arranging my new items onto my current bracelet.

Satisfied because I found what I was looking for and the associate was nice and did not rush me.

Chris was the sales associate that helped me out with my purchase, he took his time showing me different options! Very approachable staff, they all greeted me when I walked into the store. Everything was neat and clean. Merchandise on displays were amazing/very eye catching. Anna let me know about the QR code to scan with my camera so that I could look at this years Pandora Catalog! They were all dressed professional! Very satisfied with how clean the store was. This will always be my go to Pandora location. Well deserved pat on the back, great team work!
