The sales associate Anna was super friendly, helpful and fast at service.

My bracelet broke at the clasp and because it was still under warranty, I was able to exchange the bracelet. I also purchased a clasp link so that I wouldn’t loose the bracelet or the charms. Overall I left the store very pleased.

I purchased a bangle that broke the next day. I returned it, traded up to another style and size and went home. Got home and decided the size was too small - went back and exchanged again. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful - even with a difficult customer ;)

I was in a bit of a time crunch, so I had called the store ahead of time to see if they had the item I was looking for. The sales associate was very kind to look the item up for me, told me that they had it and got it ready for me so that when I got there all I had to do was pay. Upon arriving, my item was wrapped and ready to go. I did not have to wait at all. Very courteous and efficient.

The staff was friendly. They knew exactly what I wanted when I described it. They discovered my love of the Disney collection and showed me the ring I have been eyeing online without even having to ask.

Sales person very knowledgeable about items I wanted. Rejhan was very professional. Also she organized charms I purchased on my bracelet and informed me about upcoming sales events.
