Our salesperson Annabella was the absolute professional from start to finish. She was THE MOST PATIENT PERSON IN THE WORLD in helping narrow down the right ring desired and cleared up moments of confusion my girlfriend was having when it came to determining the correct size needed dependent on the finger a ring was being chosen for. This all took place while there was a line of customers waiting, yet not once did she never make us feel rushed, nor did she show any frustration. Her ability in “reading the customer needs” was recognized by us both as we have been with the Retail and Hospitality industry for over 25 years. She was so amazing that even after we had made our purchase, I found myself making a second one within minutes based on her suggestive selling. Simply describing her as an asset to your company does not give her enough credit. Individuals such as Annabella are rare to find, and you would do well in keeping an eye on this young woman’s career as there is no doubt she will soar high and become a force to be reckoned with in anything she chooses to do professionally in her life. We look forward to shopping and working with her again in the future!!!

Sales associate was great. Got the bracelet I was looking for pretty fast. Overall I think it was a good experience.
