The staff very helpful and friendly. Not pushy but very helpful and did suggest a variety of bracelets - was looking for one for my wife.

Nolan was knowledgeable and helpful in making a selection during my shopping. He also was able to recommend a way to save money unexpectedly by opening a Pandora card, though the anticipated birthday discount as explained prior to application didn’t apply because my birthday comes to quickly after credit approval (September 2).

This was my first time in Pandora, and as much as I spent I felt it should have been a free gift or something for first time customers. Example I bought 6 charms it could have been a deal buy 2 charms get third free so customers that are appreciated.

Everything was easy to find. Workers helped with everything and the price was great

When I walked in I was greeted by a very nice associate. I explained I was looking for a 50th birthday gift for my sister. I shared some of my thoughts about what i was looking for. They presented several options! The one i went with was perfect and i didn't even know you had this perfect charm! I know my sister will LOVE it!

As soon as I walked in, i was greeted immediately. I was also helped almost immediately by who I believe was Chris, the store manager. And they also had a wide variety of the type of charms I was looking for, over all, great experience.
