When I walked in the store i was acknowledged immediately and asked what they could help me with. I was looking for a birthday present for a friend and they were very helpful helping me narrow it down. Over all a very nice and helpful experience.

We walked in and got helped right away, since I already knew my ring size she was able to pull up the promise rings in my size right away. The associate also helped us pick out a ring we liked too. Everyone was very nice and we got in and out quickly

lisa was so friendly and knowledgable! I brought my 6.5 year old grand daughter in with me to try on her first pandora ring and bracelet that i will be getting her next month for her 7th birthday. Lisa was lovely with her, so much so that my grand daughter said she wants to work at pandora! I bought two charms and love them! I will definitely be back in a few weeks to purchase the ring and bracelet for a birthday gift.
