The sales associate Johana was very helpful , friendly , accommodating and her customer service is exceptional.She talked to me as if she knew me , suggested some items that were on sale 30% off, Offered suggestion how to get 10% off.She was very accommodating and made my experience very positive. This is my third visit but was the best experience, she was not rushed, gave me a lot of choices, made me comfortable, because your store can be intimidating and the two times I went before this one , the sales associate did not display anything that would made me rate my experience to be positive. Johana made a difference.You really need a person who has the qualities of Johana , she deserved recognition in what she does . I’n my workplace we give them awards like employee of the month . She is at the store in Bolingbrook , IL.She made my experience Highly Satisfield or would I say “excellent customer service “.Thank you.

The sales associate and another lady were extremely friendly and helpful. They made suggestions, but I never felt pressured to purchase anything. They were very patient and accommodating.

The customer service associate was very friendly and professional. She was able to look at a picture of what I wanted and find it quickly.

I walked in because my bracelet had broken. Upon a search in the system we could not find the original receipt. The associate quickly gave me the consumer line to call. I called and was reassured that upon receiving the broken bracelet with a free return shipping label I would receive my new bracelet. I was so happy to hear this!

I was highly satisfied with my visit to the Bolingbrook Pandora store. The sales associate Alana greeted me and my husband as we walked in the door and helped us right away. She let us know about sales that were going on and checked us out in a timely manner. I will definitely be back to this store for future purchases.

That’s oddly specific on how much feedback you want. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. I told the rep what I was looking for during my visit. She Helped me efficiently and quickly.
