I have always unsatisfied with all Pandora stores and the employees. The sales associate who assisted me was beyond excellent. She spent a lot of time trying to find the charms i wanted. Two of the charms i wanted were out of stock. The sales associate asked what I hoped to find and based on my answers and what I shown her i wanted she found two other charms i was very happy to buy for my wife.

We had to wait a bit since they had the spend 100 get a free bracelet sale, but the associate that took care of us was such a sweetheart I will definitely go back to this store. Wish theyg had more Cubs charms since they only had White Sox ones. Overall I loved goingvtobthis store.
