Well Nicole P. the sales associate was incredibly patient with me the entire time I was there. She helped me with the rings I was looking at by creating stacks that she thought I would like and at no point did her attention waver from me. She made me feel comfortable with the time I was taking, and she answered all my questions promptly.

Service was very prompt.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the sales associate showed me all the bead options I had available. The original bead I was looking at wasn't designed to be worn on the bracelet I had so the associate showed me similar ones that would work. She also gave me some pointers about the Disney Exclusive beads for when we go on our vacation to Orlando.

The associat was knolagable on products I was looking for. I was also able to locate an item at a different store and have it sent to my store. Recommendation on care kit, used it and loved it

Linda was an excellent sales person. She was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. Very accommodating to my needs for my exchange.
