Very friendly staff!!! Waffa is great-wasn’t even helping me, but found a charm I had asked about. Donisha was so accommodating. Volunteered to create my bracelet—I don’t love doing that! This is the store I return to!

The sales lady was really helpful and very friendly. She got everything I needed and even suggested something I ended up loving and buying. The store was a welcoming environment.

Cheryl approached us shortly after we entered the store, and it was evident that she was knowledgeable about the available selection of charms and bracelets. She was very friendly and professional and offered additional selections. Overall is was a pleasant shopping experience, in that we did feel pressured or rushed.

Although the sales rep was inexperience, there was a seasoned sales rep close by to answer all questions.
