it's unfortunate you can't return Pandora on line purchases at a retail store and have credits or exchanges done that could issue you a credit if your purchase was less than your return. I had to return the wrong charm that was ordered on line via mail b/c the new charm I bought cost less. Irritating as a consumer. Still love my bracelet though.
