I had called previously to check to see if they had the item I wanted in the size needed. Talked to Tanya and she said yes and I explained it would be a Christmas gift but I was afraid if I waited I wounded be able to get it. I was assured that if the fit wan't correct that ir would be exchangeable after the holiday. When I went to purchase Tanya was busy with another client and Linda took care f me. Checked with Tanya on my comment on a possible exchange and all was taken care of in a timely manner. Perfect experience!!
