There was a 40% sale going on and they had both of the items i was looking for.The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products. I had more than one associate ask me if i needed help.

I was satisfied because the lady that helped me had patience because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She also helped me find something for my daughter that was shopping with me and my daughter never new what was going on.

They were very knowledgeable on the Rings I was looking at. They were glad to help me out and hold the ring for me. They wrapped the ring beautifully for me.

The sales person are friendly and the ambiance was nice.

Sometimes I am not sure exactly what beads to purchase, the sales associates are very good at recommending combinations that I would not have thought of.
