Pandora Jewelry

In the past couple of weeks I went to Pandora three times. First time the lady (Latasha G. #333490) that help me was kind of distracted and not really paying much attention, regardless I bought couple of items. The second visit was to exchange an item, the lady (Reina W #235311) was not happy to help and instead of exchange, I was happy to just return the item and leave the store. Third visit was great! The lady, who helped me (Anna K #227828) was wonderful, very attractive and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a bracelet. I'm a regular costumer -Promenade at Bolingbrook, IL for over 7 years.

I wish you had more variety I wish you had more sizes available I’m satisfied with my purchase

Making an exchange with an online order was VERY frustrating. Took 3 attempts to complete Bolingbrook location was the best. Highly dissatisfied with Orland and Pandora should not allow private jewelers to sell they suck.

Products I was looking for weren’t available I’m looking for a bling rose (flower), and bling Minnie Mouse, hello Kitty w/butterfly, and a few more I had in mind. I want to design a few of my stoppers & charms who would I contact

I was highly satisfied. Clare at Bolingbrook promenade Pandora store was wonderful. Very sweet and very helpful!!!

The wait time was a little more than I had anticipated. There weren’t many customers in the store and still had to wait over 15 minutes. Although I do still love the store

I really liked the appearance of the bracelet that i choose. however, after going home and trying to put the bracelet on myself, i found out it was very difficult. As a result i exchanged this bracelet for a new one.

It was extremely hot in the store!! There were portable air conditioners in the store. One of them stopped working while I was in the store. The associates were very nice and professional!
