I've come to this Pandora many times in the past and never have any problems. The associates are usually very on top of assisting customers and know quite a bit about the products. Andrew was very helpful and lively, as well as tried his best to resolve my issue. There is this deal going on featuring Pandora ME rings, accents, and chains for $99 that was such a hassle to figure out on the device they were using. I do NOT blame the associates at all for this and Andrew as well as the Assistant Manager Clare I believe, were very adamant on helping me get the deal that the online website stated. Some of the rings are not included and some of them are, and I wish the website as well as the terms of the deal were more outright and transparent. That is completely on the company and not at all on these associates trying their best helping multiple customers that come in the store. I unfortunately was in the store longer than anticipated because of this problem with the deal. Thanks again Andrew and Clare for helping me out on this deal. Andrew even convinced me to spend a little more for the Mother's Day bracelet, which was very beautiful and worth it.

There were only 2 associates in the store, so it took a while for someone to help me, but when someone was able to get to me, the associate was very helpful.

It was my first time at the pandora store. Nothing was done to make my experience super special for me to be highly satisfied. I do plan on returning back to pandora again in the very near future.

Great customer serves.....I called to check on a charm and Diana was very pleasant on the phone and she took the time to check for the charm ....

Employee not very knowledgeable, showing me different charmes from what I requested. Will return to yhat store if different employee will assist.

Great attentive customer service. Clean store. Nice displays and knowledgeable staff. Definitely will return again!

Associate seemed uninterested in helping

The young lady that tried to help me, Mikeya S. was not very pleased to do so. It felt like I was intruding and at the time of my visit I was the only customer in the store.
