El cierre de mi brazalete no funciona bien pero esta tienda no tiene Reparaciones y tampoco cambio por que se compro hace dos años

The item that I had originally gone in to purchase was not available even though it says it is a new item in the catalogue.

I’m just not planning on making a purchase in the next 90 days. Does not mean I am not highly satisfied.
