I was greeted with a smile by both sales associates. Even though one was busy with a customer, she looked up to say hello. Then Julissa came over from behind the counter to say hello. She was extremely kind and attentive and was able to look for the bracelet I was looking for and several cute charms for it. We chatted about life and our favorite music and made the transaction extremely fun and memorable. I will definitely be back for more of the charms that she recommended for my collection.
