I went in during closing , like 5 minutes before closing , the lady who attended me was so kind to pull out the displays she was putting away and showing me her favorite rings and which ones I should get , it all took about 15 mi minutes to choose a ring but she was so nice and caring when she presented me the merchandise.

I came for a return and the sales associate easily flipped it and made me buy more charms that I was in love with

Customer service was great. They were very helpful and fast during the process of getting two new charms and the process of getting a replacement as well.
