My Pandora experience was fast, efficient and thanks to the lovely associate, (I was with Mara) she was FANTASTIC I bought not one but 3 rings from her. Her product knowledge was amazing and definitely coming back just for her. She was sooo kind and sweet that I even got a Credit Card from her which I normally don’t do at all.

I called the Pandora store at Oakridge Mall San Jose to reserve a product, I wanted to make sure that I got the product and the right size I wanted. When I visited the store the person who helped me on the phone was not working on that day, but the other sales representative was very helpful and nice, she showed me some other products and I ended purchase a few more items for my daughter. The representative was nice and helpful, I'm very happy with their service. Highly recommended Pandora store at Oakridge Mall.
