Customer service was very knowledgeable and friendly by lady that help me Sara D. at Oakridge Mall in San Jose CA. Had a very pleasant talk about the charms I bought for my daughters Birthday Day gift ( 2 of them) also talked about her charms she had on her bracelet. Overall enjoyed the visit was in and out quickly.

The store was very clean and proper social distancing measures that were in place were not distracting. Julissa was a phenomenal sales associate.
