I love her

I needed a ring exchange due to wrong sizing and staff was able to help with no problems at all and purchased a couple more items.

We were greeted while we waited in line and had enough time to look the catalog before going inside. The sales associate was patient and made sure that we looked at all our options before we made a purchase. The store manager also stepped in and helped us choose the right chain. It felt like they both really cared about making sure we had a good experience there.
