Julissa was very friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and patient, despite it being Black Friday (with the store full of people shopping the 35% off sale). She let me try different options on my bracelet to see how it would look and feel, and I loved that. It made me confident in my choice for the safety chain I purchased. Additionally, the entire team, and especially the store manager were incredibly helpful and worked arduously, going above and beyond to clean and return my beloved charm bracelet to me sparkling. I truly appreciate the care and the dedication to restoring my bracelet that your manager took. Her kindness and actions renewed my confidence in the brand and ensured my loyalty to Pandora - and to the Oakridge store, so I hope she is commended.
