Pandora - Westfield Oakridge, San Jose Ca are very accommodating, friendly and tried their best to help the customer. They don't judge or base the level of service on the customer's looks and age. That is why though this branch is farther my kids and I prefer and keep going back to this store. Thank you for helping and making my kids happy including their rabbit.

I was trying to purvhase some items online but my purchases wont get thru. Tried calling customer service but no help at all instead refer me to go to the nearest store for help for my purchases. Pandora - OAKRIDGE MALL, SAN JOSE CA really did help me a lot for me to be able to get the items in my online cart spending 2 days to help. REALLY APPRECIATE their help. The Pandora online purchase and customer service needs a lot of improvements in handling customers concern not passing the customers figuring out how to solve the prob or making the customer go on the store. Im really disappointed with you online services. Its even my first time hoping to avail the discount for first time online purchase. Hoping you'll take an immediate action with you online thing.
