Eva (or Ava?) was EXTREMELY wonderful and she provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. If I'm being honest, I wasn't going to make a purchase, I was pre-shopping for my husband to come back for Valentine's Day because I'm apparently hard to shop for. Anyway, I mentioned to Eva (or Eve?) that we were going to Disneyland next week and did Pandora have Disney charms. She immediately showed me her bracelet, told me where in the park to go, asked my favorite characters (Minnie, Alice, and Tink) and I left with 3 charms to add to my bracelet AND free heart earrings which I'm gifting to my bestie for her bday tomorrow. I've been to the Pandora store in Valley Fair, it's not organized as well as this store is and you have to wait. It seems there also that the customer service agents are on a time limit. Not at Oakridge. I spent literally 30 minutes browsing and choosing my charms. Can't wait to go back and show the Oakridge gals the bracelet I built with their help. Thank you to infinity and beyond.

The store was easy to locate the items i was looking for. The worker which helped me was very kind. I am satisfied with being able to get what i wanted in great time

I love going into the pandora store at Westfield Oakridge the staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly and always professional and willing to help and they are extremely patient with all customers. I just absolutely love the store manager Emily she is great words can’t explain she has a sweet and super and outgoing personality and easy to talk to and extremely professional every time I go into the store I am always greeted with a big SMILE and a big Hello and how are you doing and how can I assist you I will always continue to go back to this particular store and buy from them great experience. Please go and ask for Emily the store manager or Jaselle the lead sales representative I hope I spelled her name correctly oops SMILE she is also absolutely great......... Jeanette Young

When I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile and help was offered immediately. The store was clean and I was told about sales and discounts with no pressure to buy. Kriziel was a great help to me and my son.
