overall, my experience of shopping at pandora was incredible. it is a very clean and friendly environment, and was asked if I had any preferable merchandise that I was willing to buy. Leaving me highly satisfied with the experience of purchasing what I wanted.

The sales associate greeted me upon entering the store. She was available to help me. Her knowledge of the items I was looking for was important to me and she did not fail.

I was waited on from the store manager Ms. Kriziel at Westfield Oakridge Mall I must say extremely helpful and extremely professional and she was so nice when I first walked in she greeted me with her Beautiful smile and started helping with and through my purchase I bought 3 beautiful charms and I will be coming back on tomorrow Tuesday 10-9-2018 to pick up something else I can go all day and say wonderful things about Ms. Kriziel and the others ladies in there from now on I will be definitely purchasing all my pandora from that specific location I have always been a loyal customer to pandora in Atlanta where I used to work part time and now that I live in California I have found my new location.
