I was very satisfied with my visit at Pandora Oakridge Mall. I purchased charms, necklace, and a ring. The store manager and sales associate was particularly made my visit very pleasant.

I walked into the store on Friday night with a Christmas gift in mind. I had an idea of what I was looking for, and Kriziel was extremely helpfull and recommended some item based on the information that I gave her. I was just there looking since Christmas is still 3 months away and she advised me of the sale that ended on Monday. I returned on Monday, as promised, and she immediatly recognized me and remembered everything that we talked about the previous Friday and helped me make the perfect purchase. I even purchased add on charms for Valentines day and she even helped me decide on more add on charms that I plan to purchase in April as Mother's Day and birthday gifts in May.

I was greeted with a smile. I was helped promptly, treated in a friendly manner, and wasn’t rushed through the process. I loved that I found exactly what I was looking for and was given an honest opinion from the associate when I asked her what she thought.

The employee was very helpful. Very good quality in the store. Amazed with the people they are very friendly.

Once I was helped, Gina did an excellent job of answering my questions and helping me with my selections.

Like the selections. Admire the customer service despite multiple guests around.
