The sales associate helped me pick the perfect charm bracelet and even described the difference between them. Also showed me some clip on charms that went with the bracelet.

The sales associate Hajrija, greeted us warmly, introduced herself and made me and my daughter feel so welcome. Hajrija was very knowledge about the products and patient with us whilst we tried a number of charms on the bracelet.

I visited Pandora Store at Oakridge mall. I was greeted by Hajrija G. and she helped me pick out charms for my bracelet. I was very satisfied with her customer service as she answered all my questions and navigated me through the store. I will definitely return to shop at Pandora. Thanks for the great service!

The sales associate that I would like to give credit is to Merritt. She was by herself and very pleasant and patient. I will return because of her. Initially we were only looking so we left and when I returned, she was in the back and another associate who was also nice assisted but Merritt deserves the credit!!! Very knowledgeable and professional. Her honesty is refreshing. Please be sure to praise Merritt for being amazing and patient. We are definitely returning because of her!!!

The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to an issue I was having and helped me solve it to the best of her availability. She offered a solution to my problem on a store level that was more in her control.

Both the associates were very helpfully and friendly. In the past, the service at this store was alright, but the ladies today were exceptional!! I will continue to shop at this store to fill my three Pandora bracelets!!
