Today was the best customer service I ever had in this Pandora store, from Ms .Hajrija G. was the most friendliest, helpful, thoughtful, outstanding service,charming,Impressive attitude,and honest and warming personality, never pushy. She made me feel like I was shopping with my best friend, instead of a sale person.

Very satisfied purchase .

I had entered the store to exchange a bracelet I had purchased the week prior, as the bracelet was too small for my liking after I loaded it with charms. The salesperson, Malaikka Santiago, remembered me and was incredibly gracious while assisting me with the exchange. While my husband and I were there, she made suggestions for future purchases. Before leaving the store, we made this purchase of a rose iconic set and rose Twinkling Christmas tree! Malaikka is an excellent sales associate and I will definitely be returning to work with her again on my next purchase.

I felt like the associate (Amber) was genuine and very attentive. I was having trouble deciding which ring I wanted to buy and she was very patient, showing me all different styles.
