I did not mention I was not satisfied with anything around my purchase with Pandora. I enjoyed my purchase and the sales associates was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and she showed us and gave us feedback.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because I don’t know that much english so the employees can’t understand me. Also it doesn’t have what I want.

There was this oyster sales person was looking at my mother and I weird , making faces based on what we we were wearing and trying to rush her coworker if we we were going to purchase the item. it made my mom uncomfortable looking down on us since we went in with gym clothes instead of nicer clothes.

My experience at the store was good. Note the sale buy 2 get 1 free was till good 12am on 3/22. I tried to buy more online after my visit at the store as I forgot a couple of items. The online store refused to allow me buy more. The order kept saying "order creation failed". I brought this up to Sara the next day on 3/23 but she never returned my call. I am surprised that Pandora would not allow me to buy more when my credit is good and my pandora card had more than $2000 available still on the card. Tried to bring this up the next day to customer service by phone but no one knows how to figure it out. No one can offer the original sale. It is disappointing.

I stood outside the line for over an hour. When I got in the sales associate was busy and could barely focus on me. There is a maximum of 12 people allowed inside and yet they only had 9 while people were standing outside for what felt like days but was really hours.

Limited selection in charms. Limited selection on ring sizes as well

Great store! Staff was very patient and provide good advice. I was able to pick out several rings and they all fit nicely.
