Half of the time I was waiting outside the store in line while the outside employee brought the charms back and forth for me. When I got inside, in the middle of my transaction I had sales reps switched on me - the transition was not smooth at all. The supposed manager was walking around the store carrying an attitude as well.

The customer service was very caring and helpful. Very informative which was the reason why I came back again. The people here are great! Would definitely recommend my friends and family to come back

The line was too long. Clerks took a while on having merchandise ready even though I had placed it in an order over the phone.

The sale price

Problem was not fixed and the lock was still not working as should be and therefore I NEEDED to buy a security chain. The necklace chain was not fixed at all

My ring broke and the return policy isn’t great because my ring snapped in half and I couldn’t exchange it without a receipt but other than that Kim was very nice and helpful.

Gina was awesome and very knowledgeable about the products she knew excellent what I needed and offered me things that I would like.

Really love going to Pandora - Oakridge Mall, San Jose. All are friendly and helpful.
