1- New to the brand 2- some items are expensive 3- because I only bought items in the past as gifts, I don’t have the experience to honestly rate the quality of the product 4- But will start to collect/buy items for me and daughter

The store was overcrowded. No room to move. Some charms I was looking for was sold out. They stated they could not order or even check another store

The sales associate tried to keep us to leave and think it over. I believe she was trying to keep the customers coming. But we felt like getting pushed out of the store.

Not enough employees, the lady was having a problem finding the charm I wanted and it seemed that she didn’t want me to buy the one I wanted to buy because she kept insisting that was for what I wanted it for. I’m like it’s my bracelet I can do what I want with it.. The lady was rude She didn’t have much knowledge in the products they sell.

The line took extremely long. I was in line for over an hour and a half. It was frustrating how people could make appointments to skip the line but this isn't marketed anywhere.
