I was a bit un satisfied, due to a ring I was going to purchase being on the wrong place and with a different price. The price tagg said $55. The sales associate said it was $75. I purchased the ring at $75 but she never moved the ring from the $55 stand. Other customers Might also think it’s $55.

I feel the pandora items are few and limited. So quiet ambiance no sounds. I spent more than 100usd for a ring but paper bag is charged so i didnt buy it.

The salesperson doesn’t tell me clearance items can’t return or exchange it. I don’t see any policy from the company

They said I was not able to use my $50.00 gift card towards my $100.00 purchase for a free bracelet. I will go back to the store today and ask to speak to the manager to see if that information was correct.

It is awkward to walk into such a small store and not be greeted or acknowledged at all for 10 minutes. I understand the associates are helping other customers and want to spend time with them, but it's off putting to just stand in a store by yourself and wait to be seen. If I hadn't gone in there with a specific purpose and charm in mind to buy, I would have walked out after 5 minutes.

I bought a Floating Locket Necklace yesterday for my daughter. That day they have a free reing or earrings with pandora purchase(up to $65 value). Good thing i was looking around and saw the promotion. The lady who assist me didn't tell me about the promotion. So i ask if i can avail for some free stuff. That's the time she say yes. Ok. So if i didn't ask i will not get a free stuff huh? Then i decided to get an earrings for my free. But unfortunately the one that i choose is not available she said. So dissappointing...

Manager was beyond helpful she thought out of the box HOW ever sale associate was unwilling and narrow minded about the situation (exchange )Dislike her expression when asked to view other item Huffing and puffing with an unwillingness to help that I personal asked her to step away an would rather wait for upper management Experience with Sale associate was totally unprofessional please retrain associate So that no one has the same experience as I did

My issue lies with the salesperson, Michael. He is not a sales person and should not have been allowed on the sales floor with his attitude and poor customer service. I spent $491.63 between two transactions and I should not have. Not only was he not friendly, when I asked to look at something and decided that I did not like it he dropped his hands to the glass case in what seemed like pure frustration. He did not listen to me and every time I asked for something (granted I was asking for 4 of the same item) he kept running to the manager (I am not sure who she was) and whispering something in her ear. This in turn caused customers and other associates to look at me as if I was the problem. I was there to buy the 4 housekeepers who stayed with me (I manage a hotel so I know what customer care looks like) during the pandemic a gift for mothers day. I should have taken my business somewhere else. I am very disappointed in the way that Pandora presented itself today and I will not return.

I wasn't greeted when I first came and was standing at the counter for a bit before I got acknowledged. Once I received help I just felt sort of rushed and the lady that was helping me said she was the manager, from the receipt looks like Briana. She just seemed like she wasn't that interested in helping me and had a catty attitude. The other girls that have helped me are always so friendly, helpful and have a smile on there face. I just felt bad vibes and honestly it made me not even want to buy anything. I usually get a bag with tissue paper, a bow and my receipts put in a little holder without even asking but since I said I didn't want a bad for 20 cents I just get handed the receipt in my hand with the box. I hope that she was just having a bad night but as a manager you should show some great customer service.
