Everyone greeted me once I walked in but no harrassing. Once I need help the associate was very helpful. She showed me quite a few pieces and was very helpful with helping me choose the one piece right for me.

Shea D at the Oakridge mall in San Jose was a fabulous sales associate. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He made our first visit to this store remarkable and I would recommend his service to my friends. Shea helped pick out some really pretty jewelry for my daughter and we left the store spending over $400! Not planned to spend that much, but that is a testament to how good, fabulous, and excellent he was. I would highly encourage management to up his hourly pay, give him bonuses and promote him to a higher status. You cannot let this one go as he is an essential team member.
