Nicole was a great saleswoman and let me try different options for my bracelet. She quickly knew what was in stock and showed me all I wanted to see with no hesitation. She even explained the difference is bracket clip types so that I could make the most informed decision. I ended up buying the clips right then along with the charm I came in to buy for my daughter!
