Angelica & Nicole were extremely helpful during the entire process! I was in search of a bracelet for my friend ASAP so I called the store to check if what I had seen online was in stock & at sale price. Nicole notified me that in-store actually had a better sale and if I qualified for the credit card I'd receive an additional 10% & special financing. She encouraged me to come in store and she would be more than glad to personally assist me. Nicole and Angelica gave me 100% service. Nicole worked on processing the application while Angelica searched for the items I needed. With their help I was able to my my friend a full bracelet for her birthday and a ring for myself. I went in thinking I wanted the pink tiara ring but Nicole had me try a different one on first "just for fun!" and I'm glad to say she knows her customers. I tried on many but fell in love with the one she had suggested. I've been to this location about 5 times now and ALWAYS receive exceptional service. Everyone here is amazing!

I really enjoyed the service I was given by their employee: Audrey, who was extremely helpful and had a lot of really good suggestions, especially since I am not very knowledgeable of jewelry. 10/10
