I walked in and a sales associate approached me to see if there was anything in particular that I was looking for and she was very friendly and helpful. I got a ring the day I went and she recommended the best size just so I wont loose it and were its tight enough.

Lou helped me and was very friendly, excellent knowledge on products. I’ll ask for her again.

I had been waiting for something that represents military as I am a Veteran and I was guided to it and it was perfect and on sale.

We walked in right at the time of closing and instead of her rushing us out, she was very patient, informative, and kind to us! She gave us prices on 20+ charms and clips, as we had so many questions, and she was able to answer all of them. Her sweet face made our experience so fun and enjoyable and we love her! I always enjoy going in to this store. The ladies are welcoming and warm and they all know my name. I came in because they called to let me know there were new charms I might be interested in and they were right.

I was highly satisfied with a lot of it. I never been here before and I shocked on everything. Most likely I will be coming back more and more.

Both associates were to my assistance with shoeing me what i was looking for. I had a particular item i had screenshot online prior but wanted to see how it big the item is upfront. They were quick to find and ahow me the items and very nice.
