I went in to buy my girl a Promise ring and sure enough the friendly associate helped me chose the right one for her and the quality for the price was amazing. Especially the fact that the rings comes with a warranty. My girl loved it. It was the best New Years gift. Thank you.

My Pandora experience was during the craziness of late Sunday night prior to Christmas, shopping for last minute special gifts, in very crowded store with hardly any counter space available and endless interruptions. During my visit I had the opportunity to work with a wonderful (very tired, they all were) Sales Associate full of endless ideas and the willingness to try on several rings in as I was trying to find the perfect 3 or 4 in different sizes for my daughter. Her hands and nails were holiday beautiful making it easy to envision them on my daughter's hands. I usually shop for Pandora at my favorite jewelry store but after this experience Will definitely return to a Pandora store.

The store was clean and beautiful. The employees were help and nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff knew which charms I was looking for and where to find them in a timely manner.

I really liked how helpful the associate was. She was really good at helping me pick out a new stackable ring and was great at helping me pick out a gift. they were also great in wrapping my gift.

My sales associate worked patiently with me to find the right necklace (rose gold) that would complement my skin tone and enhance the outfit with which I planned to wear it. After trying on and rejecting several small pendants I found interesting, she picked out the one I ended up buying. She also let me know these items would be on sale the following day, so I was able to return for the purchase and enjoy a nice discount. Thanks, Alex.

I feel comfortable walking into the store, the girls are welcoming but don’t pressure you every second to make a purchase which is what I look for!
