Each item I was looking to purchase was in stock. I appreciate how helpful the Sales Associate was with helping me select the items I wanted. She gave me suggestions on the placement of the charms and took her time arranging them for me.

Sales Assc. Was fabulous they all were actually. However, I la aye gonin and have my bracelet cleaned. They throw it in the tumbler and give it back to me. This time the gal put it in the tumbler brought it out took it apart and polished everything!!!! My bracelet was stunning again!!!! I have always been dissatisfied with the cleaning. Now I love it!!! I hope you make this a regular procedure. It sure made a difference and it gave my son the chance to buy one of the newest rings for me for a wedding gift.

I had excellent service. The customer service representatives were very helpful in showing me different ways to put my necklace together so I was very satisfied with the end result. They also helped me to choose an additional charm for my mother's necklace. I was given lots of great ideas.
